Description
CT-HF-FD HF antenna series are designed to operate in the frequency range from 2 to 30 MHz with a low VSWR in the coax cable without separate matching device use. The antennas are designed to handle 2000 W of transmitter output power which makes them a unique and universal solution for any HF communication needs favorably winning in comparison with the majority of produced broadband antennas.
High-strength UV-resistant fiberglass housing is used to accommodate matching device. Unlike many analogues antenna conductor is made of high-strength stainless steel wire. The resistance of coax cable connected to the matching device is 50 Ohm.
CT-HF-FD antenna series have rugged design and can be used as part of high power HF systems. The HF antenna is instantly ready to operate on any frequency within its range and requires no mechanical tuning elements, which allows its use in the automatic link establishment mode (ALE).
The antenna design allows its rapid deployment in virtually any unsuitable places. A single feeder use is very convenient for tactical application and operation in emergency situations.
